Time after time, I have come across pianists who cannot read music well and rely on memorization to save them. Do you admire pianists who can just pick up any piece of sheet music and play without stumbling? If you want to take your sight reading to the next level then check out the piano course "Mastering The Art Of Piano Sight Reading!"

Piano Wizard

Piano Wizard is a piano video game that can teach anyone how to play the piano and read music in minutes. With a digital piano keyboard hooked up to your PC or Mac, you’re playing real music on a real instrument within seconds of sitting in front of a song.

Traditional piano lessons teach musical notation first. But most children don’t want to wade through the hieroglyphics before they get to play. They want to play NOW. The Piano Wizard Method teaches anyone to easily play the piano.

With Piano Wizard, your child is playing the piano the instant the game is started. They learn intuitively to hit the right note at the right time. Gradually, as their skill level advances, so does the game. Before you know it, your child has learned to read music.

Piano Is Fun

This program was authored by a musician/software developer in an effort to help his eight year old nephew learn to read music and play the piano. The end result was a colorful, fun computer software that teaches young and old alike how to read music and find those notes on the piano.

The program introduces the notes gradually and teaches both the note names and where to find the notes on the piano keyboard. It also explains the difference between the treble and bass clef notes. The software is bright, colorful and animated. This program makes learning to read music fun and therefore keeps kids interested.

This is more of a course on learning to read music than it is a piano lesson course. With that being said, it is a good course to study prior to actually starting lessons for a musical instrument (particularly piano).
